Spanish national born in 1949, Oscar Fanjul is a Member of the Board of Directors and a Member of the Strategy & Sustainable Development and of the Nomination, Compensation and Governance Committees of LafargeHolcim Ltd. He was elected to the Board of Directors of LafargeHolcim Ltd in 2015. Oscar Fanjul holds a PhD in Economics.
He is also Independent Director and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lafarge S.A., chairs its Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee and its Remunerations Committee, and is a Member of the Audit Committee and the Strategy, Investment and Sustainable Development Committee of Lafarge S.A.
