Lafarge informs its shareholders that they are called to a Combined General Meeting on Thursday May 7, 2015 at 3.30 pm (at the first convocation), at Carrousel du Louvre, 99 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France.
The Notice of meeting will be published in the "Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires" (BALO) on March 16, 2015.
The notice of meeting contains the agenda of the meeting, the draft resolutions, the Board's report upon such draft resolutions as well as information on how to attend and to vote at this shareholders meeting and will be available from this date in the section "Shareholders & Investors" of the Group's website.
