Lafarge makes available to the public to the public, in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force, a prospectus for the listing on Euronext Paris of 22,500,000 new shares issued in favor of N.N.S. Holding Sàrl on March 27, 2008.
The prospectus has received the visa No.08-153 from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (A.M.F.) on July 16, 2008. It includes:
- the French 2007 Annual report (Document de Référence) of Lafarge as filed with the A.M.F. on March 28, 2008 under No. D.08-0169,
- the update in French of the French 2007 Annual report (Document de Référence) as filed with the A.M.F. on July 16, 2008 under No. D.08-0169-A01,
- a note d’opération in French (which includes a summary of the prospectus).
