Climate - test

Our industry is essential – construction materials are part of infrastructure, housing, public and commercial building all over the world. Our production processes are energy and CO2 intensive. Buildings are responsible for over 30% of global CO2 emissions. We are tackling these challenges.

Our goal

climate-239x64.jpg

We are working hard to reduce our own emissions. We are innovating to find new solutions to help our customers to build energy efficiency buildings. We will help drive the transformation of the construction chain.

Our targets - by 2030

40% less net CO2
per tonne of cement
compared to baseline
(1990)

Beyond our fenceline

We will help our customers to release 10 million tonnes of CO2 less from buildings each year
