The Company informs its shareholders that its ordinary general meeting will be held on Wednesday May 7, 2008, at 5:00 pm, at Salle Pleyel in Paris (252 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, 75008). The notice of meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on March 31, 2008 and contains the agenda of the meeting, the draft resolutions, the Board's report upon such draft resolutions as well as information on how to attend and to vote at this shareholders meeting.
All the documents and information relating to the meeting can be obtained by shareholders under the conditions provided by law.
Shareholders will be asked to set the normal dividend at euros 4,00 per share and the loyalty dividend at euros 4,40 per share, to be paid on May 26, 2008.
