New Member of the Senior Management of Holcim Ltd

Xavier Dedullen has been appointed Head of the newly created Legal and Compliance function, as well as Group General Counsel. As Corporate Functional Manager he will be a member of Holcim Senior Management effective June 28, 2013. He reports directly to the Group CEO with a functional dotted line to the Board of Directors. As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Group General Counsel, Xavier Dedullen assumes responsibility for all legal and compliance matters.

He holds a Master in Law form the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, and an LL.M. in General Legal Studies (corporate and securities law) from New York University, School of Law in the US.
