Thermedia improves insulation and energy performance of residential and office buildings and help reduce heat loss.
Our range of Thermedia structural ready-mix concrete and screeds combine strength and thermal insulation to slash heat losses by up to 35%. The thermal conductivity of concrete is reduced by a factor of 5 - from 1.6 W/mK for conventional concrete to 0.3 or 0.4 W/mK for equivalent thermal insulating concrete - which helps achieve the most advanced international environmental certifications such as LEED, BREEAM and HQE.
